Juliann has been telling consumer stories for over 15 years since she began her marketing research career. With GfK since 2011, she has a diverse research background spanning brand and communication measurement, innovation testing, loyalty research, segmentation, and direct marketing campaign research. Industry focus includes retail, consumer packaged goods, and durables. In addition to leading various client accounts at GfK, she heads up the Canadian ethnic practice area, and within that role, she has delivered more than a dozen client roadshows telling the story of top purchase influencers of Chinese immigrants. In 2015, Juliann co-presented with Keurig at the MRIA in Toronto and The Market Research Event in the U.S. on "How to Co-Author a Bestseller" and is scheduled to present at the TMRE again this Fall. She is also the retail spokesperson for GfK Canada and as such has been interviewed for CTV News and BNN. Juliann holds an MBA from McGill University.
